My name is Tegan and I created Soulfull Wellness in order to help other women live their best life both mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. After completing a Bachelor of Public Health I soon came to the realisation that this wasn’t exactly the field for me.
I knew my passion lay with helping people on more of an individual level and my ideals and values didn’t really line up with mainstream’s narrow approach to health. I have always had a passion for helping people, and a person who people turn to for support and advice. It’s also something I find extremely rewarding and gives me a sense of purpose.
I believe health needs to be addressed holistically and there isn’t a one size fits all for everyone. We are all so unique and this is something which I focus on in order to get the best results for each individual. Whether you are facing problems which are health and lifestyle related, experiencing relationship struggles, feeling a sense of loss in direction in your career, or just feel like something is missing in your life, I am here to help!

What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaching uses a number of positive psychology and behaviour change methods to help to identify road blocks which are preventing you from achieving your health and wellness goals. Coaching then provides you with the tools and a step by step structured approach to facilitate change.
Coaching is for anyone who is seeking change in some part of their life which is having an impact on their overall well-being. Areas of focus can often be to improve physical health, mental well-being, career goals or overall state of mind.

As a coach, I recognise the fact that every client is an expert in their own life, which is why simply telling someone what to do isn’t generally effective in creating long term change. We need to be able to identify the road blocks in our life and then create our OWN solutions to overcome them. Without doing this we will constantly fall back into old behaviours and patterns. As your coach I will be there to facilitate and help you uncover these roadblocks which in turn will result in making lasting change. I believe everyone has the potential to be creative and resourceful in coming up with their own solutions and as a coach I am their to raise this awareness and help to generate responsibility.
