Ingredients:
- 1/4 Pumpkin (250g)
- 3-4 Cos Lettuce Leaves
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 5-6 Cherry Tomatoes
- Lebanese Cucumber
- Tin of Tuna (I prefer Safcol due to taste and sustainability)
- 3 Beetroots, leaves and stalks removed
- 1/4 Tahini (I use Unhulled)
- 1 Garlic clove
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 Olive oil
- 2 Teaspooons of Cumin
- Salt and Pepper
- 50ML Macadamia Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon of Bragg Amino Acid (or soy sauce of your choice)
