By making you accountable for your own change as well as planning ahead for potential obstacles so you know how to tackle them when and if they arise.

By using wellbeing surveys which were created based on behaviour change models, I can recognise your readiness to change and help to work through any resistance you may encounter.

Using positive psychology I will help to identify your strengths and possible areas for change. We will establish ways to reframe negative outlooks whilst increasing hope and optimism.
Increase confidence and self awareness-
Effective coaching should help you obtain a deeper understanding of your beliefs and values which increases self efficacy.
My Approach
I believe we all have it within ourselves to make dramatic and long term changes in our life which will improve our overall wellbeing. Although we sometimes may think we don’t know the answers to our problems and the reasons as to why we do the things we do, through self discovery we can uncover these answers. This is where a coach can help guide you along the way to make these discoveries for yourself. It is our belief and philosophy that each individual is the expert in their own life, and being told what to do will never achieve long term change. These discoveries need to come as a self realisation and a knowledge of what is and isn’t going to be achievable. As a coach I am there to support and encourage you, to help you establish a clear long term vision, and work with you to identify the steps needed to to be put into place to achieve that. It is putting you in the drivers seat of your own life, and I am the non annoying passenger (I hope) who is there to guide you along the way.

1:1 Discovery Session
Within this 1.5 hour session we will delve into the state of your current wellbeing and discover the main areas you are wanting to improve on and the steps to take to help achieve this fulfilment.

Prior to our session I will have you complete a Health and Wellbeing Questionnaire which will give me a greater sense of understanding into the areas of your health and wellbeing that you are wanting to improve on. Then in our first session we will discuss these areas, and what your willingness and confidence is in order to make change, using scale methods. After we determine your focus areas, we will work together to write a vision statement and the monthly and weekly goals to help you work towards your long term goal.
6 Week Coaching Package
If you are wanting to have some guidance and support on the journey of achieving your health and wellness goals the 6 week coaching package is ideal. This package includes face to face sessions, weekly check ins and as much email support that is required to ensure you stay on track and always feel supported.

The 6 week coaching package provides continuous support and accountability to keep you on track through out your health and wellbeing journey. It includes your initial discovery session, followed by three face to face (or Skype) follow up sessions, two weekly phone check ins, and unlimited email support. We will work together to ensure you are staying on track and focusing on achieving your goals so to ultimately reach your long term vision.
12 Week Coaching Package
The 12 week coaching package is designed for those who are serious about making long lasting change. Consistent accountability with face to face sessions (or Skype), telephone sessions, email support including information on nutrition and exercise plans, mindfulness techniques and much more.

Nutrition Consultations
If you would like a tailored nutrition plan this can be arranged with our qualified Nutritionist Samantha Callen. Sam has a bachelor in Public Health Nutrition and has taken further study to complete her Nutrition Coaching course where she specialises in Sports Nutrition. She can work with you to achieve your goals and the plans are completely customisable to suit all dietary requirements.
